Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused yarn skeins in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and bands remain intact and undamaged.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
